Good Morning to All

Hey there everyone. In case you haven't noticed, I have been posting articles from several of my favorite sites to keep you a breast of the news in the Medical Community. There is another reason for me posting these articles instead of just writing my own, I have, for the past several months, been fighting with chronic pain. The pollen count here in Savannah, and probably all over, is at it's record high. To give an example; I mowed seveal weeks ago and wore a pair of drk brown tennis shoes, after I had mowed and was getting off the mower I happened to look down at my feet OMG, my shoes were a yellow-green, from the pollen that I didn't see floating in the air, there was absolutly no brown showing through at all.
If you are like me and have any autoimmune disease, the pollen will effect those diseases. Since the beginning of the pollen season, which started in March for us, I have been fighting with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia flares, and arthritis pain.
I wish to appologize for not writing my own content and instead directing you to articles that I thought would be interesting and pertant to your health.
